Dag was born and raised in Norway. From a young age he gained an interest in filmmaking borrowing his fathers camera equipment, shooting films with his friends. He studied Film and Media at High School in Norway. At the age of 23 he wanted to pursue a career in film, and moved to England to study film at University. In 2018 he achieved a degree with 1st class honours in Film Production.

His main focus and talent is Cinematography and Special Effects Editing. Dag has a wide knowledge of film equipment and cinematic techniques.
